Western RPAS is an Australian-owned drone services company founded from a shared passion for advanced RPAS technology and decades of hands-on experience in agriculture, weed management and large-scale revegetation.

Co-founder Trevor Newman began his career as an agricultural contractor in the broadacre farming sector before moving into tier-one infrastructure projects. He has delivered specialised contracting services to major multinational builders and State Government departments, building a reputation for capability, compliance and reliability.

Co-founder Matthew Oswald is widely recognised across Western Australia for his expertise in revegetation and environmental rehabilitation. Known for delivering turnkey solutions on complex projects, Matthew’s focus on practical outcomes and strong client relationships sets a high standard throughout the business.

Driven by a desire to deliver exceptional control and delivery solutions while embracing the latest technological advances, the founders established Western RPAS to bring cutting-edge drone capability to farming, infrastructure and land-management sectors.
